A Polar Bear

View all articles

Today, little artist, we will make the face of an animal that lives in the North Pole.

It is white, big and it’s not afraid to wet its paws in the icy water!

Can you guess which animal it is?

Yes, you guessed it, it’s a polar bear!

Let’s go!

MATERIALS

  • 1 paper plate or 1 white circle of cardboard paper
  • White cardboard paper
  • Black cardboard paper
  • White shaving cream
  • White liquid glue
  • 1 small yogurt container
  • 1 fork
  • 1 bowl
  • Scissors and a paintbrush

STEP 1

  • In your bowl, mix a portion of liquid glue and a portion of shaving cream.

STEP 2

  • With your paintbrush, spread the mix on your paper plate.
  • Press the fork all over the mix to imitate the polar bear’s fur.

STEP 3

  • To make the nose of the polar bear, put the yogurt container on the plate.
  • Cut a circle in the black cardboard paper and glue it on the yogurt container.

STEP 4

  • For the ears, cut 2 small circles in the white cardboard paper and put them at the top of the plate.
  • For the eyes, cut 2 small circles in the black cardboard paper and put them on your plate.
  • Let it dry overnight.
