Delivery
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually between 7 and 10 days (this includes production time). The cost is 5,75$.
We also offer express delivery ($11,50), and the delivery time is between 1 and 5 days.
Can I pick up my book at your workshop?
Yes. This option is available when you are ready to make the payment for your order. We would love to give you your book in person!
Do you offer shipping outside of Canada?
Yes. Your personalized book is available to both the United States and Europe.
How will I know if my order has shipped?
You can view your order status via your online account. You will be notified by email once your order is ready to be shipped. You can also use the tracking number provided in your account to track your shipment.
General
How many pages are in your books?
Our stories are approximately 28-32 pages long, including the cover, and are magnificently drawn with magical crayons by our illustrators.
Do you correct spelling mistakes?
Yes. We verify and correct your book’s dedication (message to child) – at no extra charge.
However, we can not correct mistakes made in proper names that may also be written in different ways. It is especially important that you verify that all proper names are spelled correctly ant that any accents are added, if necessary.
Do you offer to re-print the book if there are any errors?
Our goal is to tend you a perfect book that lives up to your expectations. If the error is ours, we will correct it and send you a new book at no extra charge. if the error is yours, we will correct it and send you a new book. However, there will be an additional charge for the revised version.
Can I modify the appearance of the characters in the book?
No. The images have been created by our illustrators, so we are unable to modify them. However, we create a suitable environment for all by illustrating the surroundings of the child in the story.
We integrate children of different nationalities in many of our books so that the little hero can recognize him or herself. We are looking at promoting cultural diversity and inclusion in our future books.
Is it possible to have both my children as a main character?
Many of our books are written with one main character and 2 friends (or family members that play the role of the friend in the storyline)
We do have one book that allow us to add siblings : Hello! World! – Big brother / big sister book
Where are you located?
We are located in beautiful Saint Jean sur Richelieu, a city in the Montérégie region.
Is it possible to include a child’s picture in the story?
We do not offer this possibility. However, you can insert a picture of the child into the book once you have received it.
Is there a rebate if we order multiple books?

Do you have any books available for teenagers?
Not at this time. All our books are magical picture books and are aimed at children up to 10 years of age. However, it is always fun to receive a personalized book, regardless of age!
